Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Alamo, TN location. This role offers the chance to supervise a dedicated group of maintenance employees, ensuring optimal resource utilization and on-time delivery. How You'll Make an Impact

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities, coordinating with operations, quality, safety, and engineering teams.

• Engage and support a technical workforce, solving problems rapidly and implementing sustainable solutions.

• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels about safety, quality, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Lead the training and development of your team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed for success.

• Drive continuous improvement in maintenance parameters such as asset utilization and work order completion.

• Participate in budgeting processes, labor planning, and managing inventory of critical parts and tools.

• Enforce and maintain the company safety program, conducting regular audits and ensuring compliance.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, educating personnel on proper use and maintenance of equipment.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of maintenance supervisor experience, OR

• Associate’s degree plus 4 years of maintenance supervisor experience, OR

• High School Diploma or GED plus 6 years of maintenance supervisor experience

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience

• Experience with high-performance work groups and continuous improvement systems
