The opportunity:

How you’ll make an impact:
You will implement and ensure adherence to applicable QMS within their area of responsibility, when applicable manage and mentor the quality professionals under their responsibility, provide leadership and technical expertise about Quality Management System solutions to the teams in his area of responsibility, ensure all necessary trainings for QMS are available at the appropriate tools or platforms and the organization is aware and trained.
You will support integrating the Voice of the Customer into the QMS framework through effective implementation of customer feedback processes, such as customer surveys, complaint resolution, and comprehensive analysis of customer feedback data.
You will ensure the business process mapping (BPM) is available, released and showing the up-to-date process landscape of their scope in appropriate tool (e.g. Adonis), ensure the document management system (DMS) holds all relevant QMS related documents as official, controlled documents, ensure all the documents were updated and maintained in the appropriate tools.
You will prepare and assists regular internal audits with all business relevant functions/departments and processes, preferably use the GQSA (global quality self-assessment) approach and Intelex tool to document internal audits, prepare and assist external ISO 9001 audits with external certification bodies that are approved by Hitachi Energy, ensure Business Unit’s QMS strategy is deployed at the local units in the scope, identify and bring up any gaps between local QMS and BU global Quality strategy, local regulations, local strategy, or customers.
You will contribute to maintenance of an effective quality governance framework within their area of responsibility; this will include assisting in the development and implementation of quality procedures and practices in accordance with established standards and regulations, participate in audits, assessments, and data analysis to ensure that quality processes are followed and to identify potential areas for improvement, contribute to the consistent delivery of high-quality products/systems/projects, compliance with standards, by assisting in maintaining quality governance.
You will develop and implements process performance metrics and indicators to assess process efficiency, while closely monitoring critical parameters, analyze trends, variations, and improvement possibilities, when applicable reports regularly on process performance trends, areas for enhancement, and achievements to senior management, contributing to a unified quality approach within the Business Unit.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
You hold an engineering degree.
Required with Internal Auditor Certification, Lean 6Sigma, Yellow Belt (Quality), Lean 6Sigma, Green Belt (Q&CI).
Master's in office 360 skill.
Well verbal and email communication in both English and Chinese.
