The opportunity

Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services.  Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How you’ll make an impact

• You will be responsible for optimization management of process flow and formulation and implementation of process system.

• You will organize the preparation of process documents for product audit, formulate material consumption quota and labor time quota, design process tooling verification and improvement work according to quality requirements.

• You will organize and implement the renewal of fixtures and tools, grasp the process problems and solve them in time.

• You will implement cost saving of profit center project and effectively implement and manage CI.

• You will optimize process route, improve product efficiency and quality.

• You will organize and implement workshop capacity optimization and re-layout.

• You will pursue initiatives to improve effectiveness of production line.

• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• You hold a bachelor or above, Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent.

• Min. 2 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering and related.

• Responsible, careful and proactive, good teamwork.

• Good communication, coordination skills.

• English CET 4 or above, good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
