- 能够正确识别计划任务，清晰了解相应的作业要求；
- 依据计划任务提前叫料、正确对工具、工装、设备进行点检维护；
- 按图纸或作业指导书完成零件检查、处理和组装，主要是机械部件组装；
- 在系统中记录控制点和关键参数；
- 装配过程中能够依据要求识别不合格材料和装配问题并准确描述，按流程处理；
- 良好的安全意识，通过培训具备岗位安全风险识别能力。
