The opportunity
With 18 000 professionals working across the globe Business Unit Transformers offers a complete range of power and distribution transformers designed to grant the reliability, durability, and efficiency required in utility, industrial, and commercial applications enabling energy transition. As a world largest transformer manufacturer, we keep the lights on across the world and help building more greener future.
We are now looking for a Sales and Market Manager for our business unit Transformers in Finland. In this role, you will be accountable for executing the marketing and sales strategies in Finland for Transformer and High Voltage. You will be ensuring that the business substantially increases sales, margins, market share and customer satisfaction. You will proactively lead, develop and coach the sales team in Finland to exceed the sales targets through high performance, being the connector between the Local Sales Managers (LSM) and the HUB Europe Demand team.
