To extend our dynamic Portfolio Management team, we are seeking a highly skilled and business-oriented
Business Application Manager
to oversee the strategic management of our business applications.
This role will focus on aligning application strategies with business goals and ensuring the effective management of our application portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to drive efficiency and innovation.
You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to projects that have a global impact.
How you will make and impact:
Oversee the strategic management of business applications, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Understanding of portfolio and requirements management for portfolio reporting, focused on regulatory compliance and other relevant aspects of portfolio (Sustainability, Cybersecurity, Product project management, etc.)
Collaborate with Business Units, Functions, and Hubs to ensure cohesive application strategies and effective communication across departments.
Drive efficiency and innovation by understanding and optimizing business processes.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements in application usage and management.
Your background:
Experience and education:2-4 years of experience in managing business applications and aligning them with business goals – preferred product related, proven experience in project and program management, proven experience in stakeholder management / communication on different levels
Hard skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into data models, attention to detail and a commitment to data quality and integrity.
Soft skills: Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving skills and attention to detailsability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Additional skills (preferred not must): Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet is a plus, Knowledge of data integrity and security protocols.
