Join Our Team!

We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Manager to join our Marketing & Sales management team for Grid Integration BU in Greece.

You will drive the sales performance for various Projects in Greece and Cyprus. Reporting to the Operations Unit Sales and Marketing Manager you will pursue the sales activities to meet ambitious targets and exceed customer expectations.

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the planning and execution of the sales strategy for the Greek & Cypriot Market, in accordance with the Global & European HBU marketing and sales strategy. 
  • Proactively leads, develops and coaches the sales team.
  • Interacting with the various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring a comprehensive offering in line with the given strategy and processes while exceeding sales targets through high quality and providing customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the implementation of the Sales & tendering process, in line with the Group directives.
  • Responsible for achieving targets set regarding order intake, gross margin and other KPIs.
  • Participating in the development of Sales strategies by being a spokesperson. for the customer, providing solutions for their current and long-term business plans.
  • Leading the development and implementation of the account plan and growth actions.
  • Responsible for driving business expansion into new segments.
  • Coordinating the information flow around sales activities and providing forecasts, analysis and market intelligence to Marketing and Sales to ensure achievement of defined sales targets.
  • Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and ensuring appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented.
  • Active participation in the monthly reports’ preparation of Market activities, budget, forecast, etc , in upper management level.
  • Monitor sales activities through the use of company sales tools, with the responsibility to keep them up-to-date ensuring data quality.

Your background: 

  • University degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 10 years of experience in Power Systems Solutions and Composite Projects / Sales perspective
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
  • Previous experience in leading Sales and Tendering team
  • Ability to travel within Greece
