Process Automation Developer

Mission Statement:

The Service excellence team is a part of the Common Shared Services organization and supports multiple functions (including Finance, SCM, HR Operations, and Trade Transport and Logistics amongst others). As Process Automation AI Specialist within the Business Process Automation team, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on enabling the CSS functions to deliver their services with greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyzing business processes, designing solutions, developing, maintaining, and controlling of   business process automations in finance, supply chain management, and human resources domains.

• Identifying new process opportunities, assessing automation feasibility, simplifying the processes, designing process automation solutions in accordance with standard design principles.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions with existing systems.

• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of RPA solutions.

• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during development, testing, and production.

• Stay updated with the latest RPA technologies and industry trends to continuously improve RPA solutions.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of RPA solutions.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into products and services.

• Project Management: Oversee the project lifecycle from research and development to deployment and optimization.

Your Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or an Automation Developer, with at least 6 years focused on automation projects involving RPA and Machine Learning technologies.

• Extensive expertise with Automation Anywhere, IQ BOT and Machine Learning frameworks.

• Extensive expertise in designing solutions that address business requirements.

• Expertise in implementation of Machine learning algorithms using Python.

• Experience of design and implementation of cross-technology integrated solutions.

• Extensive experience of working with in-house and external developers.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

•  Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
