Your responsibilities:

  • You will conduct meetings to exchange information on assigned tasks and resolve problem, work in accordance with Hitachi Energy procedures using applicable tools.

  • In the range of authority, you will negotiate prices and discuss technical and commercial issues, if outside the range of authority propose and agree a winning strategy with management.

  • You will support management in budget information and forecast of projects, maintain existing and search/create new channel partners for Hitachi Energy Product.

  • You will build and maintain Customer relationship / ensure customer satisfaction, collect market information related to his business (customers, competitors, install base, trends, etc.) and conduct seminars/road show/customer awareness training to increase Hitachi Energy present in the market.

  • You will conduct customer visit regularly to identify opportunities, collect information, generate proposal/quote and close order, manage/review change request, prepare quotes/implement changes, with support from technical and other staff as required, get enquiries for new projects and in co-operation with management make decision to quote or refrain from quoting.

  • You will manage projects implemented by channel partner and get support from project management team when needed, handing over of orders to project management under observation of the company process, upon request support project management during project execution, and collection of account receivables and assist project administrator on spare parts quotation, follow up and close the order.

  • You will manage/review change requests, prepare quotes/implement change with support from technical and other staff as required, get enquiries for new projects and in co-operation with management make decision to quote or refrain from quoting.

  • You will manage projects implemented by channel partner and get support from project management team when needed, handing over of orders to project management under observation of the company process, upon request support project management during project execution and collection of account receivables and assist Project Administrator on spare parts Quotation, follow up and close the order.

Your background:

  • You hold university degree in Electrical & Power Engineering discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in sales of similar industry.

  • Able to communicate with people of all levels and able to take pressure.

  • Display integrity, an open attitude, compliance and business ethics, customer orientation, market & business intelligence.

  • Computer literate and good command of applicable business system.

  • Willing to Travel a lot.

  • English fluent written and orally.
