Sales Support Engineer

Mission statements:

General sales and marketing Specialist - High Voltage Switchgear Products, focusing on SGCC and CSG.

Your responsibilities:

• You will be responsible in-depth analysis of SGCC and CSG policies, bidding rules, and development trends for high voltage switchgear products.

• You will maintain close collaboration with front-end sales, establish communication channels with technical and procurement departments of power grid companies.

• You will utilize advanced digital tools to provide technical data support and market analysis for the team, establish efficient data management systems, assist in developing and optimizing bidding strategies and technical proposals based on thorough understanding of power grid requirements.

• You will actively participate in developing and executing market promotion strategies for new company products, ensuring rapid market penetration into State Grid and Southern Power Grid markets, establish and maintain stable cooperative relationships with key decision-makers in various SGCC regions, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Your background:

• Master's degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems, or related fields.

• Preference given to candidates with over 3 years of relevant industry experience.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, quick thinking, strong logical reasoning, and results-oriented mindset.

• Excellent leadership and team collaboration spirit, ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a multi-tasking environment.

• Demonstrate ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies in a rapidly changing market environment.

• Proficiency in English language speaking and writing.
