The opportunity

We are now looking for an Assistant to support the Operations and Tendering team within Power Quality in Västerås. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring structure, coordination, and efficiency in the day‑to‑day operations.

You will act as a central point of contact, supporting managers and teams with everything from planning and coordination to administration and communication. You will truly be the key person that connects people and activities.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure structure and planning by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating activities
  • Support management with meeting preparations, documentation, and follow‑ups
  • Coordinate project reviews, conferences, and internal and external meetings
  • Handle onboarding for new employees and consultants
  • Manage administrative tasks such as NDA handling and department purchases
  • Act as a key contact point between teams, supporting communication and collaboration
  • Work with reporting, presentations, and general administrative tasks
  • Contribute to improving ways of working and supporting a more efficient and structured organization

Your background

  • Experience from a similar role within administration, coordination, or assistant roles
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and general IT tools
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast‑paced or project‑driven environment is a merit
  • Service-minded with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with others
  • Interest in developing within the role and growing long-term with the organization
