Quality System Specialist

The Opportunity

For our Feeder Factory High Voltage based in Sevlievo we are looking for a Quality System Specialist to play a crucial role in leveraging digitalization inside the local organization and support the Customer Quality area in managing customer complaints. Based in our dynamic team, you will ensure data-drive decision management and proper recording of failures and sustainable action. How you’ll make an impact:

• Implement and ensure adherence of local processes and regulations to Hitachi Energy Global guidelines;
• Support the collection of customer feedback and the improvement of the process;
• Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts for non-conformances;
• Introduce digital tools that automate data collection, reporting, and related follow-up actions;
• Implement systems and dashboards that provide real-time visibility of quality metrics, trends, and results from root cause analyses;
• Empower teams at all levels to make informed decisions based on accurate and up-to-date data;
• Align the digitalization efforts with broader FFBG initiatives, ensuring compatibility with existing platforms and contributing to the overall smart factory vision.

Your background:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Electrical/Mechanical or Management);
• Previous experience in Digital and Manufacturing Quality work environment;
• Knowledge of ISO standards, with understanding of process mapping;
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (B2 level appreciated);
• Knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-Point), proficient in data analysis (PowerAutomate and PowerBI), and quality management systems (SAP-QM) with ability to design actionable dashboards;
• Should be eager to learn, flexible, open-minded, team-work oriented and pro-active.
