The opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner & Campus Recruiter to join our dynamic Hitachi Energy Talent Acquisition Team. In this hybrid role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions while also driving our early talent and campus strategies for EMEA region.
You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, design effective sourcing plans, and deliver a high‑quality, personalized candidate experience. At the same time, you will play a key role in shaping our talent strategy by strengthening our campus footprint, nurturing long‑term university partnerships, and supporting initiatives that engage and grow emerging talent across all business units.
You will join a collaborative TA team that supports one another, shares ideas, and works together to achieve results. You won’t be on your own - we value openness, fresh thinking, and a mindset of continuous improvement.
This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic recruiting professional who is passionate about both strategic hiring and developing early-career pipelines.
How you’ll make an impact:
Proactively identify, attract, and recruit professionals for various roles, owning the entire recruitment life cycle while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to consult on hiring needs and shape creative recruitment solutions aligned with business priorities and the Talent Acquisition strategy.
Recommend recruiting strategies, tools, and best practices based on expertise and experience.
Deliver meaningful analytics, dashboards, and presentations that translate recruitment data into strategic recommendations, enabling leaders to make informed, timely talent decisions.
Source and recruit talent through building and maintaining networks of passive candidates and leads using relationship building, proactive market research, and strong candidate management.
Lead recruitment efforts for a wide range of development programs (including internships, graduate programs, and early‑career initiatives) ensuring inclusive outreach, equitable selection processes, and strong engagement of participants from diverse backgrounds and talent communities.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and HR community to ensure consistency and alignment with broader organizational initiatives, processes and guidelines.
Your background:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or professional services environment.
Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and present insights clearly.
Good command of English, both spoken and written, enabling effective communication in an international environment.
