We are looking for a Buyer to join our Shared Services Center in Tallinn. In this role, you will support procurement operations for the Nordic region, ensuring smooth supplier collaboration and timely delivery of materials. • Connecting supplier orders with customer needs

• Creating and managing purchase orders

• Checking supplier invoices

• Communicating with internal and external partners

• Monitoring timely delivery of materials

• Living our values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for your actions while supporting your colleagues and the business

• Prior experience or education in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement

• Good knowledge of MS Excel; knowledge of SAP or other procurement systems is an advantage

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written

• Strong team player

• Ability to engage and effectively communicate with customers

• Willingness to take initiative and accept new challenges
