How You’ll Make an Impact

We are looking for an experienced and result driven project manager to drive the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) transformation for Power Quality Solutions and manage the  end-to-end project implementations to support our system business from R&D to Project Execution and Service. This role is critical in driving project execution, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring alignment between business goals and PLM capabilities.

What the role includes:

• Lead PLM implementation and execution aligning with business goals and optimizing the processes for product development, engineering, data management, and lifecycle management

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, from planning and design through implementation and post-go-live support.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Engineering, SCM, Service and Operations) to align solutions with organizational goals.

• Drive system integration and process harmonization with stakeholders both locally and globally.

• Drive organizational change management and user adoption, providing training and communication to maximize business value.

Your Background

• Educational Foundation Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

• Project Management Skills with proven track record managing large-scale PLM implementation projects.

• PLM Domain Expertise with deep understanding of the Product Lifecycle Management concepts, processes, and best practices across design, project execution, and service phases.

• Software Knowledge Hands-on experience from PLM platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault ENOVIA or PTC Windchill.

• Industry Experience Background in industries such as power systems, automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment or electronics where PLM is used, is highly valued.

• Understanding Technical Integration including CAD, BOM management, configuration management, and data migration strategies.

• Stakeholder & Change Management Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams in a global environment, communicate with executives, and drive organizational change during PLM adoption.
