Local Implementation Manager

The opportunity

Manage and drive the successful local execution of product and process implementations aligned with global strategies to ensure impact, quality, and operational excellence.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Communicate closely with global product teams and local operations to locally deploy new products, solutions, and process improvements;
• Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle including planning, coordination, execution, training, and post-launch support;
• Act as the local point of contact for implementation projects, ensuring alignment between global standards and local requirements;
• Encourage cross-functional teamwork between R&D, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and relevant teams;
• Monitor implementation progress using KPIs, identify issues/risks early, and initiate corrective actions;
• Drive local change management activities including stakeholder communication and training delivery to ensure smooth adoption;
• Facilitate validation, testing, and readiness reviews ahead of go-live;
• Compile lessons learned and recommend improvements for future rollouts and sustainable operations.

Your Background:

• Education – Bachelor’s degree. Technical field is an advantage;
• Experience in production and technological processes – minimum 1 year;
• Very good knowledge of English language – written and spoken;
• Knowledge and experience in working with MS Office, working with ERP/SAP systems is an advantage;
• Very good communication and data processing skills;
• Proactive approach and problem solving attitude.
