How you’ll make an impact

• You will perform installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of Hitachi Energy products and systems, including but not limited to transformers, switchgear, protection and control systems.

• You will diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues at customer sites, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.

• You will execute preventive maintenance schedules and conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment operates within specified parameters and prevent potential failures.

• You will provide technical support and training to customers on the operation and maintenance of Hitachi Energy products.

• You will adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and customer site requirements while performing field service activities.

• You will collaborate effectively with sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

• You will maintain accurate records of all service activities, equipment configurations, and customer interactions.

• You will continuously update technical knowledge through training and self-study to stay abreast of new products and technologies.

• You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Minimum of 3~5 years of experience in field service, commissioning, or maintenance of power generation, transmission, or distribution equipment.

• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Taiwan.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in challenging and dynamic environments.

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and spoken) is required.
