How You'll Make an Impact:

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings of metal components using AutoCAD or Creo.
• Utilize advanced CAD/Creo software for 3D modeling and 2D drafting.
• Deliver high-quality drawings to support the engineering team.
• Understand and apply manufacturing processes and material flow.
• Adhere to design principles and applicable standards for power transformers.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and mitigate potential risks.
• Uphold Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals.

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your Background:

• Associate degree in Drafting and Design or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in modeling and drafting.
• Proficiency in CAD/Creo and 3D modeling tools.
• Familiarity with manufacturing and production processes.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid work authorization for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
